Telehealth protections for reproductive health care – Since Roe was overturned, telemedicine has been a key factor in increasing access to reproductive health care across the country and in New Jersey. Telemedicine abortion is safe, effective, and helps to expand access to care. New Jersey has made great strides in protecting the people providing and accessing abortion, including recently moving S2260/A2218. Protecting telemedicine is one more step New Jersey can take to ensure that providers of this care are protected as states and the Federal government continue to attack abortion access.
